Ajmer is situated in
heart of the royal land of Rajasthan. The place
affords a blend of Sufi culture and Hindu religion.
Ajmer has been a strategic location to the Rajputs,
the Mughals and the Marathas. The annual urs of
Khwaja Moinuddin Chisthi is held on a grand scale
and attracts pilgrims from all over the world. Visit the

The Dargah
It is the final resting place of Sufi Saint Khwaja
Moinuddin Chisti.
The Museum
Akbar's palace was converted into a museum and today the
place has a rare collection of Mughal and Rajput armory.
Made of red sandstone, the building has wonderful
interiors and exteriors.
Ana Sagar Lake
The lake was built by Anaji during 1135-1150 AD.
Afterwards some constructions were made by Mughal
emperors to beautify the lake.
Taragarh Fort
Built in the 7th century by Ajaipal Chauhan, the fort
gives a splendid view of the city.
Nasiyan
This
red coloured Jain temple was built in the late 19th
century. The beauty of this temple is widely
appreciated.
